I Will Eat This Sleepy Town

In their two-man exhibition at Waterside Project Space, Marcin Dudek and Ben Washington will create two parallel largescale installations. Dudek’s work is inspired by underground exploration – from the rise and fall of the Silesian city of Katowice, to the Obersalzberg air raid tunnels. Using packing tape and scrap plastics, the artist will create an immersive tunnel filled with ‘traps’. The opening will be accompanied by a performance by Salzburg artist and musician Siegfried Zaworka, who will create a tension-filled reading of the environment in the gallery....
