"How” invites the question as well as the action for instruction: HowTo! and the course of events: HowCome?
“How” is a word, added to define “in what way” or “by what means” and is used to ask about “the condition” of something or other. An introduction to a question, an invitation to a sequence of events or actions, random or conscious. The imperative: Howto! Do it yourself or together or show me how…
HowCome? Behind the word another question: Why?
Using Text and Image, depictions of narratives, stories, instructions and self-help manuals etc.... ask: How does it work? How did it happen? How does it feel? And in con-sequence, why?
Be it a critique of a White-board-video on Youtube or a Ikea instruction manual, 8 artists with very different approaches and styles tackle this question and action with text and image arts in sequences.

HowCome? Dahinter die Frage: Warum?
Mittels Text und Bild werden Erzählungen, Geschichten, Fragestellungen, Betriebsanleitungen und Selbst-hilfehandbücher verbildlicht und fragen: Wie funktioniert das? Wie passiert das? Wie fühlt sich das an? In Kon-sequenz, warum?
Sei es die Kritik am Whiteboard-Video auf Youtube oder die Ikea-Anleitung, 8 Künstlerinnen, sehr verschiedene Ansätze und Stile nehmen diese Frage und Handlung in Angriff mit Text und Bild in Sequenzen.
