Please just look first. Look, then touch. It's regal. Try and use your senses, darling. Your education is (was) the best on offer: an up-to-date, politically correct amalgam of current prejudice, assumption and life choices of your surrounding culture. So if you are reading this, just remember that I am also a subject of this self-perpetuating system. Irrevocably compromised, I have accommodated myself to the regimes of thought laid down by my predecessors, and here I am, now attempting to teach you something.... So look first, don't just succumb to the words, my words. We're artists after all - you know how we like to ramble on if you give us a chance. But it's not so complicated, it won't take long. I can explain it if you like.

Bitte schaue zuerst nur. Schau, dann erst fasse an. Es ist königlich. Bemühe deine Sinne, Liebling. Deine Ausbildung ist (war) die beste, die es gibt: up-to-date, ein politisches Amalgam aus Vorurteil, Annahme und Lebensentscheidungen der Kultur, die dich umgibt. Also wenn du das liest, erinnere dich einfach daran, dass ich auch ein Teil dieses selbsterhaltenden Systems bin. Unwiderruflich kompromittiert, habe ich mich eingerichtet in dieser Gedankenwelt, die unsere Vorgänger hinterliessen, und hier bin ich jetzt, im Versuch dir etwas beizubringen. Also schau zuerst, erliege nicht einfach Worten, meinen Worten. Schliesslich sind wir Künstler - du weisst wie sehr wir aussschweifen, wenn man uns nur lässt. Aber es ist nicht so kompliziert, es wird nicht so lange dauern. Ich kann es dir erklären, wenn du magst.
