Der Nachlass Alfons Schilling wurde 2013 nach dem Tod des Künstlers gegründet. Ziel ist die Erhaltung, Betreuung und weitere Verbreitung des künstlerischen Werkes von Alfons Schilling. Durch Leihgaben und Ausstellungen, Kataloge, wissenschaftliche Arbeiten und Symposien soll der Öffentlichkeit das Werk nähergebracht werden.

Das Archiv beherbergt die Bibliothek des Künstlers, seine Sammlung von Stereokarten und 3D-Gimmicks, Schriften und Briefwechsel, sowie die von ihm angelegte Dokumentation seiner Ausstellungstätigkeit und Lehre....

Im Nachlass befinden sich Apparaturen und Werke aus allen Schaffensperioden.


The Estate Alfons Schilling was founded 2013 after the death of the artist. The aim of the Estate is the preservation, care and further dissemination of the artistic work of Alfons Schilling. Through loans and exhibitions, catalogues, scientific publications and symposia, the work should be brought closer to the public.

The Estate Alfons Schilling houses equipment and artwork from all creative periods.

Visits at the Archive are possible by appointment.
