The total of 97 fine artists are nominated in “FINE ART/ UNIVERSITY SELECTION 2015-2016” by 31 domestic and nine overseas universities. Nominees are graduates from these universities, mostly under 30 years old, who actively produce and present artworks.
Compared with 63 and 86 artists participated in the first and second exhibition held in 2014 and 2015, respectively, the coming third exhibition will host 97 young artists. Increase in the number of participating artists is sluggish due to the exhibition space limitation.... Participation of universities in wider regions and countries will bring rich diversity in artists’ sensitivity and expression that is expected to bear more meaningful interaction.
