Wenn Kritik, wie Roland Barthes 1966 formulierte, "keine Übersetzung, sondern eine Paraphrase" ist, was bedeutet dies für das Schreiben über Kunst? Welche Metaphern und Schreibstile prägt "Kunstkritik" als ausdifferenziertes, widersprüchliches und bewegliches Feld, je nachdem, welches ihre Publikationssorte, Adressaten und Gegenstände sind? Ein Streifzug durch die Begriffskonjunkturen der Kunstkritik.
