"Mir gefällt die Idee eines Malers im öffentlichen Raum, und mir gefällt die Parallele zu meinem Vater (Tigran Tokmajyan 1923 - 2004). Ich habe immer wieder intensiv über seine Vision Künstler zu sein und meine Position als Künstlerin nachgedacht. Ich werde unter anderem das Bild ?Der Maler? zeigen, das ihn als landschaftsmalenden Künstler, umgeben von Menschen aus der Umgebung, abbildet. Kunst ist für mich eine ideale Form von Kommunikation. Im öffentlichen Raum zu malen wird für mich die beste Art sein mit Graz und den Menschen vor Ort zu kommunizieren, der kommunikative Prozess wird zum wichtigsten Aspekt...."

"I like the idea of painter in public space and I like the parallel with my father (Tigran Tokmajyan 1923 - 2004). I have been thinking a lot about what was his vision of being painter/artist and what it is for me. I will show a painting by him presenting the most famous Armenian painter (Martiros Saryan 1880-1972) painting a landscape in countryside surrounded by local people. The title of painting is "The Painter". For me art is a good way of communication. Doing painting in public space will be the best way for me to communicate with Graz and local people. In this case for me the process is the most important."
