Grande Vista is an artist-led, one-person artist-in-residence program founded by Christian Rosa in January of 2015. Cognisant of the challenges a young artist faces in an increasingly competitive and transcultural art world, Rosa hopes to create a welcoming and creative environment for practitioners to experience the rich cultural life afforded by the city of Los Angeles. Focusing on younger artists that do not yet have gallery representation, and located downtown, Grande Vista offers residents the opportunity to work and exhibit in the environment of its owner’s studio....
