Markings similar to those on a soccer field were applied, the important difference being that the longitudinal lines were at an angle of 65%, or 115% to the base line.
The intervention was in a recreational park in Switzerland during the 2008 World Cup.
The lines were redrawn every week by the Männerriege Wabern; the ground continued to be used for general recreational purposes.
