Facing Austria

Beschreibung

To celebrate the Austrian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the ACF London, together with Fotohof Salzburg and the Representation of the European Commission in the UK, presents a special photography exhibition at the 12 Star Gallery.

The exhibition was originally produced by Fotohof Salzburg with the support of the Austrian Federal Chancellery as a celebration of Austria's rich heritage and diversity. Twenty photographers were commissioned to photograph Austria. Their photos reveal a diversity of imagery and themes - urban settings, landscapes, work, politics, the arts, and sport - a country mirrored through contemporary photography.
