Gruppenausstellung Bubbles in Bubbles

Daten

Beschreibung

Gleams from a bubbly surface curve the image and bend our reality. When the bubble inflates and flies, descends and ascends, and finally bursts with a pop, it attracts our attention and keeps us in suspense. Such suspense, playing with reality, and the specific spectacularity of simplicity is typical also for pictures, photos and sculptures by four authors from their shared studio in Kröllgasse Street, Vienna. The foursome forms a certain bubble in their studio which is a bubble in the Vienna art scene, which is itself a bubble. But what happens if we decide to touch the bubble and disrupt its balance? Will the bubble burst and disappear? Or will we get inside and become one of its parts? Exhibiting artists: Lukas Matuschek, Sebastian Doplbaur, Sebastian Scholz, Thomas Steineder.
