Your Hands Feel Like Cotton

Your hands feel like cotton,
your thoughts run too fast,
little things become more
and more important
if you look at them very often.
A certain state -
the atmosphere of
sitting in a hotel room
and suddenly wondering
where you are.
Staring at the lampshade
trying to imagine its story.
Is there a possibility to avoid that
even the breakfast prepration
gets ritual?
