Typ / Format: [16] S.; Booklet // Fern‘s first release consists of multi-genre compositions with an audiobook character. ‘I wish I would have been a better friend to you’ tells in four chapters about a person who wants to overcome the boundaries of spoken language through sound, but whose environment insists on concrete verbal formulation. Portrayed from the perspective and memories of a friend, the audience is given an insight into the perception of the protagonist, Fern. Its presence echoes in the acoustic parts of the narrative, thus opening the door from narrative to dialogue. The EP was created in cooperation between visual artist Selma Klima and musician Marcin Morga.
